Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can change or cancel your plan at any time.
ProMail and its content are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the content you create and send through the platform.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the service at any time.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProMail is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
